It really was, even with the little sprinkle we received this afternoon.
I woke up from my beautiful sleep this morning, because Kevin let me sleep in (seriously, I can not even rival his supreme awesome spousalness), so refreshed. While Kevin stayed home with Caleb, Lydia and I went out freecycling and picked up some fun books; the Elements of Literature and the Elements of Writing. We made a quick stop at Target where we found Lydia's newest best friend who was promptly named Larry the dinosaur. Kevin had to work tonight, which was the only down part of the day. We enjoyed a nice bowl of cereal for dinner, which was so fun. In case you wanted to know we had Honey Bunches of Oats (with almonds) and I always have to add more almonds to my bowl which makes it extra yummy. The rest of the night we read, and danced, and sang, and now both of my kiddos are asleep which is where I am off to. So gentle readers, I bid you a fond adieu.
